How are leagues ranked?
By bodyweight-adjusted strength per muscle — your best estimated 1RM divided by bodyweight, with old PRs decayed — so the board rewards relative strength, not just the heaviest lifter.
Can I race only my friends?
Yes. Friends-only leaderboards use the same tier rules but pull from your crew instead of the global pool.
Do leagues cost extra?
