Is Ascend a Hyrox-specific app?

No — and we won't pretend to be. Ascend is a hybrid-athlete training app that happens to cover everything a Hyrox prep cycle needs. If you want race-day station simulation, ROXFIT and ChAIron specialise. If you want one app for the full year of training around your races, Ascend fits.

Do you have Hyrox-specific exercises?

Yes — sled push/pull, wall balls, sandbag lunges, ski erg, row erg, burpee broad jumps are in the library with their actual muscle-group mapping.

Can the coach build me a Hyrox plan?

Yes. Set Hyrox as your goal and the coach pulls an 8/12/16-week template, then adapts each week based on your actual logged work + readiness signals.

Does it sync with Garmin / Coros?

Yes — via Apple Health (iOS) or Health Connect (Android). Direct Garmin OAuth is in beta.
