Physique 100

Build a 100/100 physique.

Ten decisions a day — spin the wheel, push the scale, pick your path. Every choice shapes your build, then meet your twins from history and fiction, scored out of 100.

Nobody builds the perfect physique.

Ten decisions. The wheel deals what the gym deals everyone — and it follows the path you pick. Get rated out of 100 against the most famous physiques ever carved — the Farnese Hercules, Michelangelo's David, Eugen Sandow.

How it works

Every choice trains some muscles and lets others fade — exactly like real training. Your score out of 100 blends total development, symmetry across all thirteen muscle groups, and conditioning; specialise too hard and the symmetry penalty finds you. In daily mode the wheel is date-seeded and your route is shaped by your own picks — your 74 and your mate's 81 walked different paths off the same seed, and the argument about the optimal line is the game.

FAQ
How does Physique 100 work?

Ten decisions a day. Each phase you spin the wheel (or play it safe), and the wheel is themed by your route — pick legs and squat racks, knee niggles and powerlifter crews start chasing you. Draft one of three training focuses; muscles you train grow, muscles you ignore fade. At the end you see your build on a real muscle map with a score out of 100.

How is the score calculated?

Three parts: overall development (up to 52 points), symmetry across all 13 muscle groups (up to 32 — dump-stat builds get punished), and conditioning (up to 22), clamped at 100. The symmetry term is the same idea Ascend's anatomy heatmap applies to your real training.

Can you actually get 100?

Yes — but it needs a lucky day's wheel AND the perfect draft line. In thirty thousand simulated runs the field topped out in the 90s. If you hit The 100, screenshot it.

Is it the same game for everyone?

In daily mode the seed is the date, so two players making the same choices walk the same path — but your route diverges with every pick, which is the fun of comparing runs. Free play gives you fresh randomness.

What does this have to do with Ascend?

The game is Ascend's core loop with the training removed: the app colours the same muscle map from your actual logged sets, ranks each muscle group in bodyweight-fair leagues, and its coach adjusts your plan when life spins the wheel on you for real.
