Setup
- In the Oura app, enable Apple Health (iOS) or Health Connect (Android) sync

- Done. AI coach reads readiness signals on Sunday rebalance.

Does Ascend use the Oura readiness score directly?
Today, no — we infer readiness from HRV trend + sleep duration. Direct readiness import is in development.
Ring battery?
Sync uses Bluetooth — Oura ring → phone → Apple Health. Negligible impact.
What about Oura subscription?
Required for Oura's own features. Not required for the data Ascend reads from Apple Health / HC.
